IET amendments
Here it is the new revised latest IET 18th edition amendment 4.
The changes will include
Chapter 57 – Stationary secondary battery installations
Section 545 – Functional earthing and functional equipotential bonding for ICT equipment and systems
Section 716 – Power over Ethernet (PoE) requirements, and
Chapter 81 – A brand new chapter on energy efficiency!
In addition, there are also updates to medical locations, firefighters’ switches, and to the model forms for EIC, MEIWC, and EICR.
It is available to pre order now and will be released on the 15th April 2026.
