About this Project
MEP Concepts were appointed to conduct the annual renewal Display Energy Certifications (DEC) and Advisory Reports for this collection of 12 public buildings.
MEP energy assessors have been repeatedly appointed to ensure the energy use at this institution is monitored, tracked and commented upon to ensure year on year savings where possible and seek improvements.
Working closely with the FM team, MEP concepts deliver analysis of the operation energy use, evaluate possible upgrade works and demonstrate where the savings may be realised in terms of both pay backs as well as overall carbon emission reductions.
DECs for this facility have proven to be extremely useful tool to help focus and target overall performance to match local council ESG drivers as well as unlocking potential funding options.
