This is supported through the use of dynamic simulation tools, which allow various feasible options to be assessed independently, establishing those that are able to offer optimum cost-to-saving ratios.

We understand that each project has its own drivers and limitations, whether it is a refurbishment of an existing building or a large-scale redevelopment, our specialists can provide a bespoke solution to meet the project requirements.

We have extensive experience in supporting clients through the planning process with energy strategy reports tailored specifically to meet the various key requirements for each local authority, and we can offer advice on how best to meet these requirements to limit potential delays during the planning process. We have been in attendance at numerous committee meetings and design panel reviews on behalf of the client to use our knowledge to provide extra support where needed.

The Greater London Authority (GLA) are progressive leaders across the UK when considering the performance of developments, with many local authorities looking to incorporate GLA guidance into their local plans. We have current experience of undertaking planning applications in accordance with the latest GLA guidance in regards to policy SI-2, minimising greenhouse gas emissions, SI-3 energy infrastructure, and SI-4 managing heat risk.
