About this Project
Working with Liberty QS Ltd and the team from Now Construction , MEP reviewed, designed and delivered a renewed look to this 505,955 sq ft logistics unit for Valor REP.
MEP services, also assisted with finalised MEP witnessing and inspections, finalising the Energy Performance Certification (EPC) and conducting the role of project BREEAM AP. Now Construction also made a strong use of our BREEAM Concierge Service as well to help ensure meeting and completing all the BREEAM evidence credits.
Alongside the MEP design works, our in house BREEAM AP delivered sustainable support to Now Construction, to help achieve the anticipated BREEAM Excellent certification.
Other support and works included the prepartion of Whole Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost analysis (LCC) assessments, expert commissioning witnessing and indoor air quality assessments.
