Here at MEP Concepts, we pride ourselves on being able to work closely with our clients from concept design through construction to building handover. Our technical experience enables us to provide both full and performance Building Services Engineering Design packages to align with the projects preferred procurement route. Regardless of the level of design, we make a point of maintaining our engagement with our projects throughout the development process to monitor and assist with site works as needed to help our clients.
Our integrated approach to building design begins with the definition of the brief. We work with our clients at an early stage to develop an appropriate brief. By considering a range of factors such as intended use, occupancy comfort, sustainability targets, financial constraints & planning obligations, we ensure the client’s needs for the building are fully realised.
Sustainability is at the heart of modern construction projects, we look to develop our strategies with this in mind at an early stage to maximise the most cost-efficient measures appropriate to the scheme. We offer numerous services that can support the sustainability performance of the scheme.
