Full M&E services co-ordination with your building in mind
At MEP Concepts our engineers have a wealth of knowledge in undertaking technical drawings in both 2D and 2D (REVIT) packages. Where required we are able to undertake detailed 3D designs to ensure full coordination and clash detection either for key areas such as plant rooms/services cupboards or for the full scheme. Taking a collaborative approach to design with the wider design team ensures that we are able to minimise delays and variations during the construction phase of the project.
We are able to offer REVIT services for a range of projects from Conceptual design (LOD 100) to Detailed design (LOD 300). Through close collaboration with the construction team we are also able to maintain the M&E models through the construction phase to incorporate any site variations producing an as built model. Where asset tagging is required we are able to incorporate this into the model in the form of COBIE data providing a single source for all the project information.
