David is our Operations Director and oversees all operational aspects of company strategy. David also leads the electrical engineering team, taking a lead role working as part of an integrated team of engineers and low carbon consultants that offer practical and commercial design advice

David heads the electrical engineering team, taking a lead role working as part of an integrated team of engineers and low carbon consultants that offer practical and commercial design advice.

With over 30 years’ experience in the building services industry, David is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology as well as the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management.

David is an all-round building services engineer, although he has specialised as an electrical services consultant working in several sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, commercial, hotel and hospitality, heritage, custodial, residential and industrial sectors.

David has overall responsibility for conceptual, technical and the detailed design of electrical services engineering systems and is responsible for ensuring that designs are fully compliant with latest standards and regulations.

David provides design and consultancy services throughout the entire development process– from the initial planning stage, through the various stages of the design and construction process, and onto the handover phase, thereby ensuring consistent Director led involvement on major projects.
